Application examples of coal petrology in the field of coal char

It is one of the most commonly used functions.
Basic principle: A single coal must be a single-peak normal distribution with a standard deviation of <0.1. When coals with different degrees of metamorphism are mixed together, multiple peaks will appear on the vitrinite reflectance distribution map, and the variance will also increase.
Coals with similar degrees of metamorphism may also have only one peak, but generally the deviation will increase slightly, but because coal is similar, it can be used as a single coal.
